UCLG World Council adopts the Global Charter-Agenda of Human Rights in the City
Following the proposal of the CISDPHR, the commission working on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights, the UCLG World Council, gathered on December 11th, 2011 in Florence (Italy), has decided to adopt the Global Charter-Agenda of Human Rights in the City.

The permanent forum will hold intermediary seminars in Córdoba (Argentina) and Porto Alegre (Brazil) until the venue of the second edition of the World Forum of Local Development Agencies is confirmed. The First World Forum of Local Development Agencies was closed in Seville with institutions and governmental representatives from 47 countries.
