The driving group of the FAL Network evaluates the development of the Assembly
Agenda: To complete the Agenda of the Final Declaration and the organisational framework for the period between the 9th and the 10th World Assembly.
Agreed functioning
The functioning of the network will follow the parameters established during the 8th World Assembly of Belem do Pará, with the following confirmations and additions:
FAMSI will continue undertaking the Technical and Communication Secretary, which will have the same competences, but will be from now on called Technical Executive Secretary.
The Frente Nacional de Prefeitos (National Front of Mayors) will assume the coordination of the American Antenna and the City of Dakar will be responsible for the promotion of the African Antenna.
The Driving Group will continue working in an open way with the participation of the institutions and social networks actively engaged in the development of the Commitment of Dakar and its working agenda.
We will ask the International Council to increase from two to three the number of observers.
