The fourth number of the collection of Papers for the NEW MUNICIPALITY is already published
The new number focuses on the experience of the Spanish National Network for Participatory Budgeting. It also includes a systematization of experiences of different networks in other countries, international networks and political statements signed by local authorities in favour of participatory democracy and budgeting.
